Mike Woollacott M.Sc – Managing Director
Mike Woollacott had a family farming background before entering education and training. His career in education included 10 years as Head of Agriculture at Shuttleworth and Lincolnshire Agricultural Colleges. He is a PRINCE2-qualified project manager with 20 years of UK and international project experience ‘in the field’. For 10 years he has specialised in enterprise regeneration, business incubation and sustainability planning.
Mike is firmly committed to the mainstreaming of renewable energy and low carbon technologies. He uses his technical and project expertise to develop funded and commercial initiatives which raise awareness, gain commitment, build supply chains and bring sustainable products and systems to market. He has worked extensively with local authorities across a range of strategic, high technology and economic regeneration projects. His specialist interests are in the bio-energy sector and include on-farm and industrial anaerobic digestion, bio-refinery processes, bio-methane transport and farm biomass systems.
Dr Susan Juned – Local Authority Consultant
Dr Susan Juned was formerly the Government Liaison for the National Industrial Symbiosis Programme (NISP) where she was responsible for liaising with local authority and RDA officers across England on waste infrastructure and sustainable resource management. She is a member of the West Midlands Regional Technical Advisory Body (RTAB), which inputs to the regional waste strategy.. Susan was a founder, in 2006, of the BREW Centre for Local Authorities (now a part of WRAP) which supported and funded councils wishing to address business waste and resource efficiency. She was a member of the DEFRA Zero Waste Places Initiative assessment advisory group. Susan is also the co-founder, director and current chair of Act on Energy, (formerly the Warwickshire Energy Efficiency Advice Centre). Susan now works as a Director and senior consultant for Greenwatt Technology and specialises in government and local government strategy and policy.

Ruth Woollacott B.Sc – Business Development Manager
Ruth Woollacott specialises in project development, implementation and research, marketing and administration, business and training centre management, event organisation and management, business administration, budgeting and forward planning.
Kate Devereux M.A. – Projects Manager
Kate Devereux is a project administrator and project developer with experience of procurement monitoring, marketing and promotions and organisation of events for the renewable energy sector. Between 2006 and 2008 she was Project Co-ordinator for a successful £4.9m economic regeneration funding application to Advantage West Midlands and provided administrative, development of marketing materials and web site, & recruitment support to the Business Development Co-ordinator.
