Smart monitoring and data management
An innovative sensor platform that helps agricultural producers save costs, time, reduce inputs, improve production with real time data available to assist decision making is being developed by Digigrow.
Greenwatt are the UK transnational partner for Greek-led ICT-Agri project investigating the design and application of smart monitoring and data management technologies on farms.
Data monitoring equipment with sensors to record temperature, humidity, air speed, local weather conditions, soil temperature and soil humidity are linked to easy to read reports allowing farmers to benefit from the increasing number of solutions from the ‘internet of things’.
