Local Authority Infrastructure development

Successfully worked with local stakeholders to write the bid and win funding for the Priory Square site development in Studley, Warwickshire. The sympathetic ‘live/work’ development of the derelict site has both local resident and parish council approval.  Balancing the residential with some commercial space is seen as helping to revitalize the centre of the village and help the existing independently owned shops.
